Our system is not just a simple group guide system. It overs multiple functions and possibilities.
Pre-Recorded Content
Imagine you have guests who speak different languages, but only one guide. No problem. With the Pre Recorded Content feature, multilingual audios can be uploaded onto the SmartBox and streamed to your guests. On the app, the guest can select "Live" as well as e.g. Italian, Spanish or English.
How does it work?

Create your own audios or let them produce or let them produce by our professional partners.
Choose the right tour on your Guide Controller
The Guide connects his smartphone to the SmartBox Wifi and open the Guide Controller. There he can activate the tour and trigger each POI.
Let your guests choose the language in the Receiver app.
Once a tour has been activated, the available languages will be visible alongside the live audio. The guest can choose the language he wants to listen to.
Internet Streaming
The Wifi of our SmartBox normally has no internet. This has the advantage that your "international" guests can switch off their mobile data on their phones during the tour. This also means - no costs for them.
But what if your guests would like to use internet, e.g. during a long bus ride to the excursion destination? Nothing simpler than that. Connect your smartphone or a mobile hotspot to the SmartBox and immediately your guests can surf in the internet.
How does it work?
Provide a Hotspot for your SmartBox
You can use your privat smartphone, a mobile hotspot or even an indoor wifi like a museum WLAN to provide internet for your SmartBox.
Pair the device with the box
You can easily pair the device through our configuration interface. The SmartBox will automatically connect to the internet.
Stream where ever you want
Besides your guests can use the internet, you can also stream your own audio from to the internet. When using our new GlobalStream feature, guests from all over the world can listen to your guide experience.

In order to constantly improve our algorithm, we have the possibility to record and analyze the performance of each tour. This allows us to identify weak points and to improve the algorithm accordingly.
